Which Component Set Should I Buy Focal, Morel, CDT, Or Rainbow? Please Help!? Well guys I am obviously looking for something a little nicer, and I wanted an opinion on which one to buy too. Ultimately if you give me a satisfactory answer with the explanation that I'll buy what you tell me. All I ask is that you do recommend a set with tweeters painful light / summits. Here are my choices please choose one and tell me why I should buy it .. If you are wondering im buying them in 2 days and I have a brand new high amp (100watt +) to make them work. MOREL - Hybrid Ovation 6 Comp - 6 "2 Way Component System $ 699 CDT Audio - ES-062I GOLD -6.5" 2-Way Components $699 FOCAL - 165K2P UV (Upgraded Version) - 6.5" PolyKevlar Power Components $699 RAINBOW AUDIO - CS 265 P Vanadium - Profi Vanadium Line 6.5" 2-Way Component System $689 all prices from woofersetc. Focals I had installed in a VW Polo a few years back, and even by today's standards, I have never heard a sound quality coming anything close to the lens and divides the by. He won a contest in a competition in the SPL Rookie - Range of quality, and would have won in the range of occupations, but the car was not allowed to enter both. I know that the axis of a quality of his product better than anything I've ever heard in my life (3 layers of Dynamat all-round helped too), but I would not write off other brands.Something that I noticed is that many other names typically handle more power than the Focals, but only in the lower ranges.

I'm Looking For A New Set Of Component Speakers.? I had Infinity Kappas...they got a little water and dirt in them one day and now i'm lookin for new 6.5 components. I'm looking for SQ and clarity at loud levels. I listen to everything from Metallica to Sinatra to Hip Hop to Orchestra. I've got a Fi audio 12" sub. As a point of reference, Kickers are way too bright for me and Infinity Refrence are too soft. Even the Kappas were a little bright at times. This is all going in an extended cab Sierra. No offense to those who enjoy blue grass music. These speakers will provide loudness, clarity, and consistent top notch performance,and durability. Personally, i don't think anyone could go on hearing if these things were turned all the way, of course with the application of a powerful amp. Think of these as mini subwoofers that can also play high and mid-range sounds. I hope this helps and good luck.
