Which set of speakers should i go with?

i like the Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1 's because the infinite has been a good time, they are $ 210 per pair ... i like the Rockford Fosgate T162 because they are cool and the cheapest $ 191 per pair ... i like the
pioneerTS-C720PRS also because they have been around for some time but the thing I dislike is the price to $ 272 a pair and could not get the v2
Focal 10less for $ 165 ( that if you do not want me to say merger is the largest car company speaker) ... I'm sorta leaning towards the kappas but I'm not sure ... if u have any suggestions other trademarks speaker please list ...
The only criteria you have given your preferences was PRICES?
What do they SOUND like you? the speakers you describe are almost all in the same ballpark, more or less, but no word on how they sounded.
Listen speakers you do not get tired very quickly.
As for Bose, the only thing moving the boxes of junk shelves is advertising.
- Go with Bose. I have a pair in my house, I bought it almost 20 years ago and are still as clear as the day I bought them! They are a little more pricing but well worth the investment.
how do you "break in" a speaker?
Aug 03, 2007 by brian_jkwo
ive heard you are suppose to "break in" speakers and subwoofers before you actualy play them to their fullest. how are you suppose to do this and for how long do "break in" periods ussually take? i have
focal 165 v2,
focal 690 cv1, and 2
alpine type x subs.
the only speakers you really have to "break in" per se, are the hardcore competitions subs such as the Cerwin Vega Stroker, Cadence Wild Beast, MMATS Juggernaut, etc.
and since you're talking high quality such as
Focal, you don't need to break them in. just hook em up and play along!! just remember one thing.. DO NOT turn your gain on your amplifier wide open!! that's a very bad thing, causes too much distortion to your subs.. i love the sound of
Focal speakers..
Alpine Type X's are good subs, they don't need broken in.
