Yes we know we’re a bit behind the times but reviewing the Playstation 3 version of this game takes time and effort. It also requires the Playstation Network to fully appreciate its gaming goodness so forgive us (and Sony) for the late arrival.

Just when you thought the genre was going stale, Splash Damage come along and try to invigorate proceedings, and fair play to them. Along with Bulletstorm, Brink brings something different to the table other than cinematic set-pieces and capture the flag.

It’s the fast-paced action and cleverly used scoring system that guides the player along through a game that needs to be looked at twice before passing judgement.

Brink is a tale of a tussle for power on huge sprawling floating city that is the Ark. The Ark’s purpose was to save its inhabitants from Earth’s flooding waters but as refuge was taken by most on this vast utopia, others are made to suffer in the slums. Thus begins the rise of the Resistance. Their aim – to escape the Ark. Naturally this attracts the attention of the Security whose main goal is protect the Ark and its inhabitants.

What speakers are comparable to Focal?

What are comparable and there is a better orator than Focal. When I say I mean polykevlar Focal Utopia BE series and series.
  • Not many brands are similar to Focal. But it is a bit like DynaAudio, JBL, JL Audio, Kicker Audio, and Boston Acoustics. The brands I have listed are the best brands on the market to be in the high-end and end clarity until, you start Image Dynamics or Pegasus and this kind of stuff, not to mention expensixe it becomes very quickly. Who is the highest quality car audio dealer and installer in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area?

My little brother is having a new audio system put into his 2003/2004 5 series BMW, and I am interested in knowing who are the best people in the area for high end car audio products and installation. I drive a 3 series and have had bad experiences twice with car audio places, so I would like to be extra cautious this time around. Also, if anyone has any ideas for a nice set-up with this kind of car I would be interested to hear it. I would like to stay away from any JL, Kenwood, Infinity, etc...simple name brand products. I lean more towards PL Aliante/ Focal Utopia type products. Thanks
My father is in the car business, and was planning on using a guy his dealership uses...however, in my current car (2001 325i) he did the same thing and although i ended up with a quality system (i have whatever the top of the line jl's were at the time, i think the speakers alone were 1200 for the set) the install job was absurd, they did not even mount the subwoofer box in the back, and then when i took it to a tweet of all places to have it cleaned up, it looked nice, but 10 mins out of the store my rear 6x9 blew, so, i would like to change up the brands a little just for fun, and want to avoid another bad job. It sounds like richmond or d.c. would be the better option.
JL audio is one of the best names in audio. The way it goes with audio is you have to hook everything up right. You could hook up some JL's and one little thing could be wrong and it could sound crappy. Your best bet to deal with car audio is Traffic Jam. They deal JL products and they are also master installers. I hope this is helpful to you.
