Prior to joining Hertz, Ms. Douglas served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of COTY, Inc. the $4.5 billion cosmetics company. Prior to that, Ms. Douglas held senior treasury and finance positions at Nabisco, Inc and JP Morgan. Ms. Douglas earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from New York University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and earned her (CFA) designation in 1997.
