where can i get a manual for a jvc rx-517v receiver?

Please do not tell me JVC Ive been to all the obvious places ...
www.servicemanuals.net ... it seems that the JVC RX-517V and JVC RX-517vtn are one and the same. Looks like the paper will cost $ 16.99 and instant download is $ 23.99.

JVC receiver?

I bought a pair of (used) Acoustic research S-50 floor speakers.I was going to use my denon DRA-685 to power.Well, I recently found out my denon receiver needs to be repaired (bad speaker output).I was given a JVC RX-778V receiver.When I finally got everything connected and turned on one of the music channels, I was soooooo disapointed. You have to turn the volume (on this receiver) up to 45 before you can actually get any real volume.Supposed to be 110 watts per channel.I DO NOT (for a million years) buy that.

I am thinking about going with onkyo, or denon stereo (do not need home theatre).I wonder if 50-75 watts coming out of a denon, or onkyo will be louder than (supposedly) 110 watts per channel out of this JVC piece of crap.

Anybody have any suggestions?
go with yamaha or pioneer both rock hardcore for the price and you can get them in stereo sound
yamaha is about $200 for stereo sound
pioneer is about $129 for stereo sound
