I have a Kenwood 300 Watt connected to my stereo with 2 150W Sonys and some time after the amp is very light cutting power. Whats the problem?
Overheating, if its in an enclosure, try to move somewhere were he can get plenty of air, or attempt to obtain an amplifier with an integrated fan.

What is the right speakers to get if I have 2 kenwood subs and an amp?

I need to know what is the right speakers to get.
I have two 12 inch kenwood subs and a kenwood amp,
but the speakers in my car just dont seem to match what my subs are kicking out.
I just need to know what the correct Watt of speakers i should get to help match the sound i get from my subs.

so your speakers are barely heard over yours subs. you can really get any speakers with a high rms rating. 30 to 50 watts rms is usually good. just remember that if you just get speakers with higher wattage the speakers will be just as loud as your older ones cause your speakers are only getting as much power as your power source is giving them. your best bet is to buy newer speakers with a good rms and an amp for your speakers as well. that will fix your problem.
