JVC, Kenwood Consolidate Some Facilities
Jun 16, 2011 | Long Beach, Calif. - JVC has begun to share a facility with
Kenwood USA.
JVC is moving the western regional office of its consumer
electronics group from Cypress, Calif., to Long Beach, Calif., where it will
share a facility with
Kenwood USA to reduce overhead and costs, JVC disclosed.
In addition, JVC Mobile Company of America is
moving from Cypress to the Long Beach facility.
"JVC and
Kenwood operations will remain entirely separate,
including all staff and warehousing," a spokesman said of the move. "The
move streamlines costs for both companies by allowing us to share overhead."
The headquarters for JVC Americas Corp. remains in Wayne, N.J.
Although JVC and
Kenwood car
audio offices are in the same
building, their staff and office space are separate, and JVC and Kenwood have
separate entrances, the spokesman added.

how to use aux input on kenwood car stereo?
Nov 19, 2008 by kiddo
I recently bought a car and it came with a hi-fi Kenwood kdcw213a in it, but not with full instructions on how to use it. I found the CD in Argos and noticed he had a AUX input but I have no idea how to use it! I plugged my MP3 into the AUX input but you do not know how to walk away. I tried to push all the buttons, the source button simply turns the radio off and makes my aerial down so if anyone knows how to do that, I'd be very grateful.
Try to keep the source button for a couple of seconds.

How do I install a Kenwood KDC-MP208 Car Stereo?
Dec 31, 2008 by mr.pibb
I just purchased a new car stereo (Kenwood KDC-MP208) from Crutchfield. I am not quite sure how to hook this up in my car. This is replacing the Pioneer DEH-1400. Anyways the instructions that came with this doesn't even have a diagram of the wiring harness so I don't know which wire goes to what. HELP!!!
By the way, I have a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire w/4 speakers.
You can get an owner's manual that includes a wiring guide and instructions on Kenwood's site. Start at the URL below, and select your radio type. For the KDC-MP208, the wiring guide starts on page 16 of the PDF, and continues on with directions for installation on page 17.
Good luck!
