I have 2 12" Kicker CVX subwoofers and a Kenwood Excelon Amp. Do I need 2 of these amps to get max power?

2 12''Kicker
Solobaric CVX Subwoofers
2 Ohm / Dual Voice Coil
750W/1500W (RMS / Peak)
In the port box
Kenwood Excelon KAC-X522 2 Channel Amp
4 X 254 Watts RMS @ 2 ohms
Do I need two amps because I do not think the subs are hitting the max?
- If you want to maximize submarines Out, then yes, this amp is just enough to push. If you want better than they sound now, you probably want to separate the amp from both methods of crossing .... So basically, you have the amp wired to push the power Amped track each sub ... that these figures would probably operate submarines or near RMS.
are kenwood excelon amps available to buy in the uk and does anyone kno wher i can get any anniversary amps?

im looking at an equivalent to the
kenwood kac x522
is this too powerful to run 6x9s as i think iv read about this amp and similar (kac ps521 or 621) being used to run two 12" subs
cheers
