Kenwood is a good brand, the best in my opinion .... ICOM is second Yeasu .... Last've been a ham since 1979 .... I have been for most Kenwood except for 2 meters and I Alinco ICOM also have a Ten Tec QRP model .....

WHY IS MY SPEEDO NOT WORKING AFTER REPLACING CD PLAYER IN HOLDEN ASTRA?

I recently bought a kenwood cd player to install in my 2000 Holden Astra TS City.

Ive got it in and everything using the european to Australian aerial etc. and it works, but as soon as I turn on the cd player my speedometer wont show me what speed I am going, & then as soon as I turn it off it instantly shows me the speed I am travelling.. so it obviously is something to do with this.

Does anyone have any ideas on why it may be doing this.. and how to fix the problem??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
