Will one kicker L5 in a ported box be enough?

Looking lower in my car. My car doesn't have 6x9 speakers, it was only 6 "door speakers. I am thinking Abt PURCHASE kicker L5 in a box kicker ported (08VS12L54). I have a 600x1 watt RMS to 4 ohm Amp. Will this enough? Or should I get two regular 12s.
yes 1 submarine could be sufficient. dousnt trademark material. no matter the amp sound you push the sub. most amps on the shelves of the local electronic store are crap. for a good amp you should spend about $ 1 per watt. Maybee more. I would buy one as cheap and sturdy box and spend the savings on a good amp.

I had a Kenwood 700 watt and thought it sounded good. (pushing 2 12 "subs) and then I dropped the Kenwood amp and bought a crossfire of 300 watts. wow what a huge difference. watt 300 was much better than the 700. Finally, I dropped as No. 2 and ran alone.which also improved the sound believe it or not.

Just make sure you have enough power to your amp. Contrary to popular belief once more submarines due to a form of distortion called clipping. this is what happens when you do not have enough power to supply the demand under.

So if you have a sub 200 watt amp buy a 250 watts.
