How do I wire the subs lanzar maxp124d to get the best sound? there are 8 posts and I am a little lost when I tried to run the son. They are 1600 watts max and they are 4 ohms. More ... that SAP would be best for these subs? Should I use an amp lanzar or another brand?

First off ignore watts max. Peak or Max Watts is the maximum power a speaker can handle for a split second and because the music does not play this type of bulb, it is not a good representation of true power. The holding real power in this sub is 800 watts RMS.

Two is a sub 4 ohm dual coil can be wired to 1 ohm or 4 ohm if you have two of them. Since you said "subs" I suppose you have two.

Third, you'll need an amp that can push 1600 watts RMS @ 1 ohm which means you will need to expand the electric system for better performance and save your battery / alternator died.

CAUTION: The amp you get should be 1 ohm stable and even then may still be hot and stop occasionally. To avoid this, you will need to spend more money on a bigger amp. Elelctrical Upgrades:

If your total power is 1200 watts RMS or more, you will need:

1. Upgrade the "Big 3" - which is to replace (or add the [recommended]), the wire between the battery and alternator, the ground from the battery to the chassis and the ground strap to the engine / tranny to the chassis.

2. Opt for a yellow top battery

A second battery is never a good idea because it's extra pressure on the alternator to charge two batteries and power for the car. The only time a second battery is useful if the audio system is used with the car off.

A capacitor is only good for as long as the audio system is trying not to draw too much from the electrical installation. A cap does not provide more power, it is designed to "harden" the voltage to the amp, nothing else. If the current is not there, a cap will not help.

The alternator must have at least 20% more power intensity than the entire vehicle and sound system combined for a cap on the benefit which is ironically the same requirements for an amp to be efficient.
