I would go with a type X, just because the 9500 has never much impressed.
Another sub that you could take a look is a Rockford Fosgate T1 or boston G5 or GSP.

What is the best amp/s to get the full power of 2 12" MTX 9500's?

I have 2 Kole 3000 mono d amps on my mtx 9500's but they seem to be asking for more power. I want to get the full potiental of these subs! I'm kinda on a budget so the cheapest route would be highly appreciated! Thanx
You should be fine with those amps. Maybe you ahve them wired wrong or something. Make sure your gains are set properly..
