Newswise — CHICAGO — Testing patients with non-small cell lung cancer for both mutations and amplifications of the KRAS gene prior to therapy may help to predict response to treatment with antifolates, according to the updated results of a preclinical study presented at the AACR Annual Meeting 2012, held here March 31 - April 4.

Patients, especially those with lung cancer, who have KRAS gene mutations have a worse prognosis and do not respond well to targeted therapies, according to Sarah Bacus, Ph.D., Quintiles senior vice president and chief scientific officer of translational research and development, oncology. The results suggest that although these mutations are linked to a poor response to targeted therapies, they may predict response to treatment with antifolates, as long as the number of mutant genes is not amplified.

She and her colleagues assessed the relationship between antifolate medications and KRAS mutations and amplification, where the gene has an excess number of copies.

they rms 500 watts each and peak 1000 watts each how should i wire them impedance wise and i need a good preferably MTX amp.
Here's your best bet in my opinion. Get you 6 8500 subs. Then I'd get 2 MTX TE1501D amps. Those amps push 1500RMS x1 @ 1 ohm. Wire three subs to each amp in a Series-Parallel circuit. This website shows it... http://mobile.jlaudio.com/support_pages. php?page_id=160 . Its the diagram with the 3 subs on the left. You won't get 100% of the power going to the subs, but it will be really really close. IF you do what I have said, MAKE SURE you get the SINGLE voice coil models. Thats my opinion. Good Luck
