MTX, trois lettres magiques pour désigner une marque américaine qui a conquis le cœur des passionnés de car audio depuis de nombreuses années. Sub RFL pour le SPL, gros amplis mono, le monstrueux JackHammer (qui est toujours le plus gros sub du monde), …, MTX a un sacré palmarès. Mais la marque ne fait pas que dans le haut de gamme, elle propose aussi d’excellents rapports qualité/prix avec sa série Thunder 6000. On pense toujours à MTX pour le grave, mais il faut aussi compter sur MTX pour la musique. Le T6C502 en est la meilleure preuve !

 

 

Idéal pour avoir un son sympa en emplacement d’origine !

 

Un coaxial de 13 cm à 2 voies, ce n’est pas souvent que l’on teste ce genre de produits. Pour nos lecteurs mélomanes, qui souvent n’hésitent pas à faire des modifications dans leur voiture, nous testons plutôt des HP en 16,5 cm. Aujourd’hui, beaucoup de voitures possèdent ce type d’emplacement HP : 13 cm. C’est le cas par exemple de nombreuses Renault ou de la gamme Dacia. Plusieurs lecteurs nous ont demandé que mettre dans leur Sandero ou Duster (pour ne citer que ces voitures), dans l’emplacement d’origine sans faire la moindre modification ! Par ses performances et son prix attractif, le T6C502 nous est apparu comme un choix intéressant et le voici en test dans nos colonnes !

I have bought two MTX Jackhammer JH55 Subwoofers in a vented enclosure from circuit city and is being powered ?

I bought two MTX Jackhammer JH55 Subwoofers in a ventilated enclosure of the city circuit and is powered by an Alpine MRP-M650 Mono Block Amplifier. Then it was connected to two jackhammers that are 2ohm, I connected a 12 "Kenwood KFC-W3011 are 4ohm. Is it safe? I want to buy one of these Kenwoods

not really atleast for the Kenwood. Kenwood ur shot much better with the jackhammers.

Is there any difference between mtx jackhammer subwoofers and mtx thunder subwoofers?

Also, is there much if any difference between 10" and 12" subwoofers in a small car?
1.The jack hammer is BIGGER
2. 12" in subwoofer has deeper better bass
