Yes, the amp will work fine with these subs. I could not see where in the information below where it says, if your subs are dual or monkey Voilà voilà. This will determine how much you'll be able to obtain. if they are dual coil youll run the amp at 4 ohms and consume only 150 watts. but if the only (hopefully) youll get more power running the amp 2ohms and get 300 watts. but anyway it will work.

My MTX thunder amp keeps shutting off?
Jun 27, 2009 by Ben H
I have an MTx
Thunder amp. It's 750 Rms pushing two
kicker cvr 12's. My amp seems to get hot quick, and i'm guessing it's shutting itself down? Why is this, and how can i fix it and keep my power? If i rewire them it doesn't shut down, but it doesn't hit anywhere near as hard. HELP!??

If your headlight dims with the bass notes, the “BIG 3” might work. If not an H.O. alternator will be needed, or else be prepared to pour a lot of $$$ for batteries.
This site explains the "BIG 3" upgrades.
