TEMPE, AZ, Apr 02, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Rockford Corporation (pinksheets:ROFO) today announced financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2011.

Net income for the three months ended December 31, 2011 was $1.1 million, compared to $0.2 million for the same period in 2010. Net income for the year ended December 31, 2011 was $5.3 million, compared to $2.7 million for the same period in 2010.

Net sales for the three months ended December 31, 2011, increased 11.9% to $13.0 million compared to net sales of $11.7 million for the same period in 2010. Net sales for the year ended December 31, 2011, increased 12.2% to $60.8 million compared to net sales of $54.2 million for the same period in 2010. The increase in net sales for the three and twelve month period was primarily due to increases in Rockford's core aftermarket and international sales channels. OEM royalty revenue for the year ended December 31, 2011, was $2.7 million compared to $2.9 million for the same period in 2010.

Can anyone tell me how many watts a Rockford Fosgate Punch 120a amp puts out?

Can someone tell me how many watt Rockford Fosgate Amp 120a off? There is no sticker on the bottom of the amp to tell me more. Also, I can not find something online. Someone get to know how many watts it puts out? And tell me if the output power is good, fair or poor? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Do you mean the "120.2"? Because it is 30 watts per channel into 4 ohms, or 60 @ 2 ohms.

I want to connect them in a way that the amp will not burn out the subwoofer. The subwoofer watts peaks at 300 watts. Is there something i can buy or do so it wont burn it out? Also what should at i put my amp at? Hp, ap, or lp? And at what frequency?

The 2400 doesnt mean much. You have to find the RMS wattage of the amp. Its probably about 500 watts at 4 ohm. And its probably at least a 2 channel, so each channel is 250 watts RMS. Your speaker is 150 watts RMS (again ignore the 300 peak rating). So it sounds like you're amp is ok, or a little bit strong for your subwoofer. You could just turn down the gain and have to problem.
