Would a 1600 watt phoenix gold amp be enough to power a 15" rockford fosgate T2 subwoofer to almost its max?

Rockford Fosgate subwoofer to 1000 RMS Max power of 2000 ...
and the amp is 1600 watts, of course ...
unless you think that this amp is not good, do you have other amps in mind ... but this amp, I used to power two 12 "T1, which were 600 rms and 1200 max ...
if fed 2 T1, it must be good for a gold t2 Phoenix is a good brand. try it if you already under, but you do not want it rises to its maximum unless you want a sub blew.

Rockford Fosgate T2 Subwoofer?

Hello,
For the past two years, im really not happy with my sound system. Although i spend over $3000 but i dont like it at all. First sub, amp decided to blow up on me. which were
rockford P3s. What i liked about the P3 sub was there wasnt much sound to it but it was more towards feeling the bass inside the car which i really liked.
After my p8002 and my p3 sub died i bought a
soundstream Sub and a US amp.
Soundstream is giving out more Sound than the feel.
I was reading on yahoo answers about the
Rockford Fosgate T2
Subwoofer which give out really deep, nice bass. Should i go for one or two subs? And which amp do you recommend for these subs? I have a g35, and the truck is really solid, its hard to feel the bass inside the car since the bass gets stuck in the truck..
thnx
My recommendation is that whatever
subwoofer brand you buy, you get the same brand of Amp to go with it. You can always go a step up in quality, but not down.
